The powerhouse of weighing data management - PFREUNDT at bauma 2025

From April 7 - 13, 2025, bauma, the world's leading trade fair for construction machinery in Munich, will once again be the meeting place for visitors from all over the world. Around 3,600 exhibitors from 60 countries will present their innovations for the construction industry in 18 exhibition halls and the outdoor area. PFREUNDT will also be there again as an exhibitor.

The focus of PFREUNDT's trade fair appearance is on the efficient design of extraction processes. Under the motto “Powerhouse of weighing data management”, PFREUNDT will be demonstrating that the company's product portfolio goes far beyond the range of weighing systems. This is because the integrated weighing solutions comprise three components that interlock seamlessly: The manufacturer-independent weighing systems enable precise material weighing directly in the work process. The recorded weighing data is then available in real time in the PFREUNDT Web Portal for further processing and analysis. These two components are complemented by the worldwide service network, which even covers the whole of Germany and ensures smooth operation of the weighing systems.

The digitalization and automation of manual or analogue work processes through integrated weighing solutions offers enormous potential. For example, direct weighing in the work process enables emissions to be reduced, data analysis in the PFREUNDT web portal optimizes machine utilization and process transparency is increased thanks to data that can be called up at any time by everyone involved.

PFREUNDT is bringing the three components - weighing systems, PFREUNDT Web Portal and service network - to life for visitors at bauma with an innovative and interactive exhibition area. Various digital steles each symbolize a work step in the extraction process, from material extraction to processing and loading of the material through to distribution. Various construction machines, equipped with corresponding PFREUNDT weighing systems, are used in this process. This gives visitors a detailed insight into how the weighing systems work. The transmission of the recorded weighing data to the PFREUNDT web portal and the paperless order processing via PFREUNDT Load & Go are also presented live.
