After registration and an internal check, the user receives his login data and can thus obtain an overview of PFREUNDT's product portfolio and current prices at any time. It is also possible to order the appropriate weighing system directly online.
The advantages of the platform are obvious: the prices can be viewed transparently online, the time-consuming request for quotations is no longer necessary for the customer. In the store, the product configurator helps to put together the right weighing system for the individual operating requirements: starting with the selection of the vehicle type for which the scale is needed, the customer then has the option of specifying the calibration capability of the weighing system, the measuring principle and the software scope of the weighing electronics. In addition, services such as the installation of the scale and accessories such as a printer can be booked directly. In this way, the right weighing system can be configured in a minimum of time. Ordering is similar to common online stores and is made easy by the intuitive operation and clear page layout of the E-shop.
"For years, the trend has been moving towards digital channels in the B2B sector as well. With the PFREUNDT E-Shop, we offer our customers a complementary online service. The focus of the e-shop is on mapping our standard weighing systems. Complex solutions, such as our system solutions, naturally still require individual consultation by our experienced sales team. At the same time we are already working together with our advertising agency Onacy in Münster, which implemented the E-shop with us, to present even more services, e.g. appointment booking for assembly and conformity assessments via the store.
